We are the door to the left facing the building inside the Health Oasis Wellness headquarters. Head straight up the stairs to the waiting room. 46A Browns Road, Kingston TAS 

Enter the door and head straight upstairs to the waiting room. The bathroom/toilet is through the sliding door between the chairs. I will come out to get you when I'm ready for your appointment.

There will be a link in your booking confirmation to fill out your Initial intake form online or if you prefer a paper copy waiting for you when you arrive.
